The transition to assisted living can bring many emotions and uncertainties—for both residents and their families. Join us for a Family Support Group session focused on sharing experiences, offering support, and receiving guidance during this meaningful time.
Led by Cornerstone Hospice and hosted at Encore at Avalon Park, this group provides a welcoming space to ask questions, express concerns, and connect with others navigating similar journeys.
Whether you’re just starting the process or are already supporting a loved one in memory or assisted living, you are not alone.
