We will pair your loved one with a young adult who will work closely with them throughout the year to create a customized playlist to help them be able to connect with their surroundings more.
• Management of medication by a round-the-clock licensed nurse: There is a special kind of peace of mind associated with making sure your loved ones suffering from dementia or Alzheimer’s have someone looking out for their health.
